I read about this online and have tried it twice. Both times it worked beautifully, and the salted candles burned a couple hours longer than the unsalted candles. I’ve used the method on cheap dollar store candles. What does the salt do to the candles to change the way they burn?

i am just wondering what ones do because i have one ot those candle warmers and the instructions say specifically NO vegetable-based wax candles because they might explode apparentally. so i was wondering does anyone know 100% what candle brands i shouldn’t use on it because i would rather not be the reason for a candle to explode and get in lots of trouble by my parents
